This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Doors Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company"), and any individual or entity ("Client") accessing our website or engaging our professional services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing us.doorsstudio.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

2. Services and No-Warranty Disclaimer

Doors Studio LLC provides professional digital services. All services and digital products are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from all third-party vulnerabilities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Agency Materials: Doors Studio LLC retains all rights to its pre-existing code, proprietary tools, and methodologies used during service delivery. Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client shall own the final work product created specifically for the project. The Company reserves a non-exclusive right to display the work in its professional portfolio for promotional purposes.

4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Yelp, AWS). Doors Studio LLC is not responsible for the independent actions, technical outages, or policy changes of these third-party providers. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and compliance with those third-party terms.

5. Payment and Financial Terms

All payments are processed through Mercury via ACH, Domestic Wire, or Credit Card. Late payments may result in a suspension of services or delayed delivery of final assets. All fees paid are non-refundable once the service milestone has been completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Doors Studio LLC or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service provided.

7. AI Interaction Disclosure

In compliance with Texas regulations, we disclose that certain services or website features (such as strategy bots or automated support) may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI). By interacting with these tools, you acknowledge that you are communicating with an automated system.

8. SMS and Communication Compliance

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive informational and project-related text messages from Doors Studio LLC. We comply with all A2P 10-DLC regulations. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP."

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or dispute resolution shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
